Our Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Please note the following exceptions to our returns policy:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sunglasses (for hygiene reasons)
  • Nightwear & Loungewear (if hygiene seal is broken)
  • Final Sale items marked “Not To Be Missed” or “At Least 20% off Selected Big Brands”

These exceptions are determined by the nature of the products as indicated in our menu categories and the premium standards we maintain.

The Returns Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Notification: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”.
  2. Authorization: We will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Packaging: Securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your invoice.
  4. Shipping: Ship the package to our Westminster address using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the standard returns process above, clearly stating in your email that you wish to exchange the item.
  2. Specify the desired alternative item (style, size, and color).
  3. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Upon receipt and inspection of returned items (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • Credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours.

Sale items will be refunded at the purchase price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns

For our global clientele (excluding parts of Asia and certain remote areas):

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using the original shipping method (DHL/FedEx for Standard Shipping, EMS for Free Shipping)
  • Original shipping fees and any import duties paid are non-refundable
